2016년 3월 실시되는 개정 SAT를 앞두고 많은 이들이 올 10월 실시된 개정 PSAT에 많은 관심을 두었다. 곧 현 고교학생 및 수험생들이 대학진학에 큰 전형요소로 자리잡은 SAT 시험에 집중하고 있다는 뜻으로 풀이된다. 개정 SAT에 대한 가장 큰 변화를 꼽자면 새로운 에세이(옵션, 그러나 특정대학의 경우 필수), no-penalty for guessing(오답경우 0.25 감점), no vocabulary that you will never use again 등이 있을 수 있다. 출제 난이도 및 유형 또한 다소 달라진 것도 특징이다. 이에 본보는 앞으로 몇 개월 남지 않은 개정 SAT 실시를 앞두고, 칸 아카데미에서 무료로 배포 중인 NEW SAT 문제는 다음과 같다.
